Most of my work is centred on text and language, and the points at which text and image meet and overlap. I make prints, drawings and installations, often reconstructing text by drawing words and phrases using open Times New Roman lettering. Other recent strands of work involve blurring the boundaries between drawing and writing using inks, and a new body of work which takes the camellia as its starting point, exploring the gap between memory and reality, and unpicking the language of flowers.
